Return Period:
You have 7 (seven) calendar days from receipt of the product to request a return.
Return Conditions:
- The product must be in its original packaging, with no signs of use or tampering.
Reasons for Return:
- Defective product: If the product has a manufacturing defect, you can request an exchange for a new product of the same model or a refund of the amount paid.
- Wrong product: If you receive a product that is different from the one you ordered, you can request an exchange for the correct product or a refund.
How to Request a Refund:

When contacting Customer Service, you must provide your order number, the product you wish to return and the reason for the return.
Product Return:
After requesting a return and receiving instructions from Customer Service, you must return the product to the address provided. Return shipping costs will be at your expense.
Refund of Amount Paid:
The refund of the amount paid will be made after receipt and analysis of the returned product. The refund period may vary depending on the payment method used.

- StarBeauty is not responsible for products returned without proper communication to SAC.
- StarBeauty reserves the right to refuse the return of products that do not comply with the conditions described in this policy.
